Position: Assembly Operator

Location: Bangalore, India (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time / Indefinite Contract

Remuneration: To be discussed based on current salary and expected compensation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and systems according to strict aerospace industry standards and specifications.
• Utilize knowledge of 5-axis CNC and VMC machines to understand the manufacturing processes and ensure seamless integration of assembled parts.
• Conduct inspections during assembly processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient assembly and timely production of aerospace products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues related to component fit and machining tolerances, leveraging understanding of CNC processes.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
• Document assembly processes and report any defects or issues to the relevant departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in assembly operations within the aerospace sector.
• Familiarity with 5-axis machining, CNC, and VMC technology is required for successful assembly processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Capable of performing physical tasks related to assembly work.
